Wet Chemical Extinguishers

Fires involving deep cooking fats are particularly dangerous and difficult to extinguish using traditional mediums. The 'Wet Chemical' extinguisher has been developed especially for use in catering establishments. The agent is a duel action chemical which forms a thick residue to form a seal on the surface of the fat (smothering the fire). The chemical then cools the fat beneath.
